Most digital programs are approved on a deck and judged on whether the demo worked. Very few are measured on what actually changed 90 days later — cycle time, manual hours, error rate, or cost to serve. When those numbers do not move, the program did not move.
We exist to close that gap. The team that does the work has spent more than 15 years inside delivery, not beside it. We would rather kill a weak idea in week two than scale it in month six.
